The suite is under going full maintenance even the entrance. The reception is dusty and looks miserable. No working AC. The room organization was clumsy with no meaning at all. I took the place because I had to and it was late to change.The most horrible choice in my life.

The staff are friendly but have to follow up to get things done from them...

The surprise of early checkin with a full day charge, the deposit amount that they havent mentioned, the room ceiling fan not working, power trips, shifting to three rooms in one day, toilet seat broken, no hot water, lighting in toilet couldnt even shave due to bad light, un clean walls, no complimentary breakfast... its a bad image of bangalore with this kind of a service...

Scammed. Don't book here

This was the worst booking experience of my life. I reserved this place for my friends for my wedding and was asked to pay an advance to secure the rooms, which I did. When I inquired if anything else was required, they assured me that nothing was pending.However, when my friends arrived, the staff did not acknowledge my booking at all. They humiliated my friends at check-in and refused to provide them with a room until they made an additional payment. At no point did the hotel attempt to contact me regarding this issue.To make matters worse, after my friends paid, there was no water available at the facility. The service was appalling, and the staff was extremely unprofessional. I will never book a stay here again.

No Restaurant & No parking space. So, the car has to be parked on the road.

The room and the facilities provided by the hotel. Basically, it is a lodge. AC works like a fan blower. No cooling for AC in Room No. 403.

Common area like Reception and Lift are clean

Room had medicine smell. Fan was turned off automatically by the hotel

Outer elevation of the property is really good

It was mentioned as 3 star hotel, I had high expectations. But it was no where near to 3 star hotel.But we were given a room for which only half of the ceiling is there and the remaining was occupied with water tankThe ceiling was uneven making the room look weird and that also meant that there was not much light to be passed in front of mirrorThe AC pipe was directly opened to the bathroom, making the bathroom wet all the time. Hot water barely cameThe soaps and shampoos were 5 rs Santoor and 1 or 2 rs dove. Atleast they could have given better soaps and shampoos like hotel doService charge was added to the water bottles, which was again weird

Nothing... It was a pathetic experience

Nothing to like at this hotel, they won't provide what you opted for, if questioned with the booking details then they will show their internal booking details blaming online sites, no hot water, no AC only on demand they get it ready, payment collection is a primary act for them and once paid they allot a room at their comfort.Overall not a recommended hotel to stay ...

Dont be scammed

The room was not as exactly as shown in the images. If the room is booked through booking.com, you will be scammed for sure. The deluxe double room in the website is nothing compared to the room given. The air conditioning didnt work. out of all these discrepancies, they will charge you more than the rate mentioned in the website.

Breakfast not available

Room cleanliness and bed is not up to the mark

Dining area was a veranda unprotected from rain. Did not like anything.

Was given a very small room. When I threatened to leave, a room as advertised was given. No running hot water. Electricity to geyser is disconnected. Need to ask to connect it. Could not have a bath during the 5 days. Room had rain water coming in. Faucet was. leaking, water pressure is very low. Room service takes a long time. Staffing is inadequate.

Very poor

Their details were not clear, implying a good deal however it was a terrible trap. They added more commission charges when we went to check in. Their reviews on the website are fake. The sheets were unwashed, the table not clean and the access to lodge is difficult with Uber and autos not willing to ply.

smooth check in and check out

Room size was very small though they call it deluxe room, previous check out was done it seems just before we arrive hence cleaning was not eye for detail, Bed was discomforting and TV never work informed reception 2-3 times never rectified above all hot water for bathing i called reception 7am in the morning we were patiently calm till 8:30hrs we sick and tired as we were late and room amenities were not provided

Hotel facility is very, unavailability of water in washrooms. No cleaning done before we reached.

Basic things such as Water in washroom, cleanliness was missing. Staff is arrogant too, does not reply to phone calls.

The elevator

No fittings in bathroom. Wrong room given. India's only hotel with "YouTube" available in Non AC room and all the TV channels in other rooms. Service is disorganised. Staff pathetic.

Nothing I like about property

I had a disappointing experience at this property during our stay from July 28th to July 31st, 2023. The reception girl was extremely rude and unfriendly, objecting to even the smallest requests. Additionally, a utility guy (who was Nepalese) repeatedly entered our room without asking for permission and wore his footwear inside, which was not acceptable.Whenever we approached the receptionist with any inquiries, she would shout at us, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Due to the unpleasant behavior of the staff, we decided to check out before the scheduled time and found accommodation in a nearby locality. While the owner seemed pleasant, the behavior of the staff was the worst I have ever encountered.To make matters worse, upon arrival, they didn't initially provide the 2BHK (2-bedroom) accommodation that we had booked, and we had to wait until midnight for it. Despite this, they demanded full payment in advance, along with a 1000Rs security deposit.Overall, I must say that the property's staff and services were subpar, making it a regrettable and unpleasant experience.

NO HOT WATER AVAILABLE, AIR CONDITIONER NOT WRKING, FAN NOT WORKING, DONT RECOMMEND

Nothing, they are very rude and wanted me to cancel the booking as they already gave to some one else.

After booking still somebody else was staying there, they wanted me to cancel booking or take another room. I booked 3 bedroom suits and they gave me one small room where you can’t even stand and made us stay with my family of 4 member, after long long discussion they agreed in night and gave me so called 3 bed room, and surprise is it’s like 1 bed room only gallery they treat as room where balcony door is open no AC, only 1 bathroom in 3 bed room it’s joke.

I reached this hotel in late night inspite of this team has arranged dinner. I like the service.

NO Hospitality, BAD staff

The Hotel has charged more than the rate given by booking.com on the day of arrival, and they were cheating the guest stating that we didn't book for the classic suite, and my colleague who booked to travel agent got good room lower than the price which was quoted in booking.com, and they charged around 4000 RS more that the rate offered by booking.comand we request the hotel for refund and apology for cheating my client (Sponsor family)
